Dawn, LMT OBMT#10342

As a transplant from Northern Indiana, Dawn started her massage career in 2003 after graduating from the Oregon School of Massage.  She knew right away that a specialty in prenatal massage was her calling.

In addition to studying pregnancy massage, side-lying massage and massage for birthing, she also spent time working in the OHSU maternity ward and NICU offering massage to women on bed rest and neo-natal intensive care providers.  Dawn has been offering relief from the aches and pains of Portland's expecting mamas for nearly 5 years.  She also offers Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology and Chair Massage.  Dawn does not believe that there is a one-size-fits-all massage 'recipe' and will work with each client individually to design a session that may incorporate several different styles of massage to address specific needs.

Lynn, LMT OBMT#12757

As a mother of two Lynn understands the challenges of balance and the importance of maintaining a holistic lifestyle.  She encourages alone time and believes that therapeutic bodywork and energy work is essential for a stress-free life.

Lynn combines therapeutic structural bodywork with intuitive energy work to provide a massage that is deeply relaxing and healing for her clients.  While listening to her clients' requests and feedback from the body, she provides the massage that best meets her each client's needs.  Lynn is trained in Structural Bodywork, Injury Massage, Spa Treatments, Reiki II, Deep Tissue Massage and Prenatal/Postnatal Massage.

Delinda, LMT OBMT#13268

Delinda's inspiration for massage lies in a belief in the inherent balance and wellness within us.   The purpose of her bodywork is to help shed the layers of stress and trauma, bringing health closer to the surface, and restoring a sense of well-being.  She has been practicing massage since graduating from the Port Townsend School of Massage in
1998.  Her passion is cranio-sacral therapy, which she has been studying since 2000.

After listening to each client's needs and observing posture, Delinda will tailor the session to suit the individual.  She draws from a wide range of techniques, including cranio-sacral therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish, and Reiki.  She also draws from her experience as a birth doula to offer therapeutic
side-lying massage to women in all stages of pregnancy.

Grace, LMT OBMT#5587

Upon graduating from the East West College of the Healing Arts in 1996, Grace began her path in the spa world. Working for a number of high end Portland spas has given her a variety of treatment knowledge, including hydro-therapies, wraps and ayurvedic modalities, which soon evolved into training other spa technicians in body treatments, spa menu planning and many quality assurance and managerial tasks.  Knowing the spa world from the foundation up helps to ensure that each guest will have THE most gratifying spa visit possible and that each person leaves feeling like royalty.

Grace will work with each guest to personalize each treatment to their specific needs using her abilities to listen and respond with an intuitive, methodical and strategic approach.  She has been trained in Clinical Deep Tissue, Hydrotherapy, Swedish, Ayurvedic Body Treatments, Myopathic Muscular Therapy and La Stone, hot stone massage, and many other spa therapies including wraps and scrubs.

Jacquelynne, LMT OBMT#12045

Jacquelynne is an accomplished graduate of East West College. Completing the 800hr program has taught her a wide variety of Western (Swedish/Deep Tissue/prenatal) and Eastern (Acupressure/Shiatsu/Thai Massage) techniques and philosophies. She has even studied Thai Massage in Thailand (2005). After an ongoing apprenticeship of two years learning all the subtleties of prenatal massage, she is very confident in her ability to give safe, relaxing and effective prenatal massage.

She is incredibly client focused as she sifts through her "tool box" of  knowledge to create a custom massage session. Striving to consistently achieve immediate and long lasting therapeutic results. Her style is a firm, fluid massage, sensitive to problematic areas, and conscious of overall client comforts and expectations.

As a mother of a 14 month old she knows the toll pregnancy and parenting can have on the body and is proud to be part  of "The Alleviators" here at Zenana. When not working and making people feel better she enjoys riding her bike real fast as well as sewing cute useful items.

Mauri, LMT OBMT#8161

Mauri has been practicing massage since 2002.  Helping people has always been an integral part of her life. The quest for knowledge is a continuous process through everyday experiences that she welcomes with an open mind and body.  After having her daughter in 2006, Mauri's massage path shifted and she began working with pregnant women and new mommas.  Zenana Spa was the perfect match.

Combining Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue, she creates a very specific recipe for each and every client.   The massage is all that you need it to be, it’s your time.
