Our next Preparing for Baby Workshop will be held on Saturday June 1st!! This workshop includes:
- 10-12p - Newborn Care taught by Elle Poindexter
- 1-3p - Breastfeeding Basics taught by Meg Stalnaker
- Each individual workshop is $50. Together the cost is $85.

Balanced Childbirth Education Series ~
$225 for 5-Week Series
Yoga mats are provided if needed. Blocks, belts and bolsters are available for use. You may also bring your own. Please bring a water bottle for your own use. Sign in at front desk and purchase a drop-in or package.
For a full refund from a series or workshop: Cancellation must occur 48 hours prior to the start of the series or workshop. Cancellations less than 48 hours will result in a $50 fee.
