• October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To help increase awareness, we're holding an essay contest for survivors and their caregivers. Essays will be posted on our blog and three contributors will receive Ultimate Mama's Day Out packages. If you'd like to participate, please submit around 200 words describing where you found strength during your experience and the ways you were able to take care of yourself. Send them to kristen@zenana-spa.com and they'll be added to our blog. Read them here. Winners will be announced October 31st!
