With our new Monthly Bliss program we offer a simple, inexpensive, and very convenient way to ensure you will always receive your favorite massage every month. Simply choose the type of massage you like best, and we will set you up in our pre-paid program at the special Monthly Bliss rate. Then just schedule at your convenience to receive your favorite massage service every single month. Terms And Conditions
Membership Benefits
1. You have the entire term of your membership to use all of your pre-paid services, subject to availability of appointments. Any unused services will expire upon cancellation of your membership.
2. In addition to the discounted service fees enjoyed, members are entitled to receive 10% off any other regularly priced spa services and product purchases (excluding packages, gift cards, and special offers).
Program Rules
3. This membership has a minimum term of 12 months. The fee is billed on a monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with the membership cancellation policy below.
4. You can freeze your membership for a minimum of thirty (30) days and a maximum of three (3) months in a calendar year. Fees will not be billed and services will not accrue during the freeze period. You may choose three months consecutively or one month at a time to total three-months freeze time allowed within a given calendar year. To initiate a freeze or remove your membership from freeze status, simply communicate your request in writing to Zenana Spa and Wellness Center, LLC ("ZSWC") no later than the first day of the month you wish to initiate or remove the freeze (freezes will be removed automatically at end of three months if not removed earlier by the member). ZSWC will use your monthly payment debit date as the actual start of your requested freeze.
5. Members are responsible to notify ZSWC in writing of their change of address or change of credit card information for monthly electronic funds transfers (EFT).
6. A fee of $25.00 will be charged to your account on the following month for any insufficient funds notices, charge reversals, or changes on your account resulting in outstanding balances for any given month. You will also be charged a one-time initial setup and registration fee of $25.00.
7. ZSWC Monthly Bliss memberships are non-transferable. Monthly Bliss pre-paid services are for the member only and are non-transferable.
8. All membership terms renew automatically for another 12-month term unless you notify us according to the cancellation rules below.
9. ZSWC reserves the right to change program rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice. Members will be able to opt out of continued membership without further obligation in the event of a price increase to their monthly services program.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
10. Appointments cancelled with greater than 24 hours notice will not be charged a cancellation fee.
11. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be assessed a cancellation fee of 50% of the regular monthly service fee, which will be charged by EFT in addition to the regular monthly service fee.
12. It is up to the member to reschedule any cancelled appointments.
Canceling Your Membership
13. You may cancel your membership agreement at any time after completion of the program term.
14. A written notice is required for all cancellation requests at least thirty (30) days prior to the next debit date.
15. Cancellation requests prior to the end of your term will be determined on a case-by-case basis, for good cause only, as determined by ZSWC in its sole discretion. (Please understand that the discounts and other benefits of membership are based on your fulfillment of the entire membership term.)
