Breastfeeding Support Group

Come join us at our weekly drop in breastfeeding
support group!

We meet on Mondays:
12-1:30pm: Nursing babies; birth - older

Support Group meets in the Zenana Spa and Wellness Center Community Room. Each group is facilitated by a lactation specialist, and includes the opportunity to weigh your baby, hear what is working for other mothers, get evidence based information and support from our lactation services, and make connections with other breastfeeding mothers. There is no need to register, but you can purchase a packet of drop in tickets for an advanced purchase price. Call us or stop by for more information.

Fees for support group:

• First session free to anyone
• Suggested donation
  $5 per support group session
  Proceeds go to Nursing Mothers Counsel
